Caffè Stagnitta has ancient and solid roots, developed ever since Giovanni Stagnitta back in 1928 decided to devote his life to importing fine “exotic” blends and producing an excellent coffee, which he was able to obtain, working skillfully on roasting and grinding. Over the years, the activity of the historic roasting company in Palermo has had well-deserved success, allowing it to develop and, at the same time, for the founder to pass on his experience to the future generations as well as love and dedication to coffee processing.
Since 1973, Ignazio Stagnitta has been taking over the reins of “his own roasting company,” helping to enhance and consolidate the path of an already established evolution. The secret of success, in addition to total dedication and meticulous and careful research, aimed solely and exclusively at quality, has certainly been the ability to combine the solid foundations dictated by tradition, while turning its gaze to contemporaneity, thus gaining an added value, which has brought further prestige to a historic brand, in the meantime become for all, customers and admirers, the “great good coffee.”
Since 2003, Stagnitta Caffè has been an all-female company. In fact, it is expertly managed by three women, Daniela, Marilù and Stefania Stagnitta. Three sisters with that “tough” and undoubtedly Sicilian character, proud to represent an appreciated product that for generations has been synonymous with “Quality” and customer satisfaction.

Stagnitta Caffè has also always pursued and applied special attention to the quality/price ratio offering its customers competitive prices at the highest quality. All this is possible thanks to a meticulous business management that economizes on the superfluous, maintaining high standards of product quality and obtaining full consumer satisfaction and loyalty, proposing and defending what the founder called “culture of good work.”
